Section 1 – Eligibility & Account Responsibility By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase or creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Section 2 – Products & Information Accuracy We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors and appearances may vary depending on your device and screen settings. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are entirely error-free, complete, or current. Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time without prior notice.

Section 3 – Product Charging & Electrical Safety The VentinoFan relies on an internal rechargeable battery and utilizes a standard USB-C charging protocol. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Proper charging using a compatible, certified 5V power source is required for safe and effective use.

  • Battery performance and longevity may vary depending on charging habits, environmental temperatures, and speed settings used.

  • The product should not be exposed to water, extreme moisture, or direct liquid contact, as it is an electronic device.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by utilizing non-certified chargers, unapproved voltage sources, or exposing the device to internal moisture.

Section 4 – Device Intended Use & Wearable Safety Our personal cooling products are designed for personal, hands-free ventilation during everyday household, office, or outdoor activities. By purchasing, you agree that:

  • The clothing clip and neck strap must be attached and worn securely according to safety instructions.

  • Users must prevent long hair, loose jewelry, or loose clothing strands from blocking the air intake vents to avoid motor strain or personal discomfort.

  • The product must not be disassembled, modified, or subjected to heavy physical impacts or dropping.

  • We are not liable for damages or device failures resulting from structural modification, severe impacts, or unintended operational misuse.

Section 5 – Orders & Payment By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed. Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed to be canceled or modified. Once order processing or fulfillment has begun, the order can no longer be changed or canceled. All purchases are intended for personal use only and not for resale or redistribution.

Section 6 – Pricing & Billing All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties unless explicitly stated. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your order.

Section 7 – Shipping & Delivery Shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Once the order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Section 8 – Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

Section 9 – Intellectual Property All content on this site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of NovaBreeze or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

Section 11 – Relationship with Shopify Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and NovaBreeze.

Section 12 – Privacy Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Section 13 – User Feedback By submitting reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display such content for business and marketing purposes.

Section 19 – Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NovaBreeze and its partners from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
